We offering Japanese catering service. From private home sushi omakase, to omakase styled individual meal for corporate events and private gatherings. Inspired by the simplicity of Japanese dining,

HOSHI focuses on seasonal ingredients, balance, and thoughtful preparation.

About HOSHI

We started HOSHI in 2025 as oden food stall at the Sake Festival. Since then, we’ve introduced our Temaki Home Meal experience, with more home dining concepts currently in development. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to move into the next phase of HOSHI—offering private dining sessions and catering, and creating more personal ways for people to enjoy our food and hospitality.

Our chef Kihoon Kim brings over 26 years of chef life, while our front-of-house team has more than 9 years in hospitality, with a strong focus on sake and beverage pairing. Our team brings together deep culinary knowledge and thoughtful hospitality.
